StudyWeb says they're one of the Internet's premier sites for educational resources for students and teachers. Since 1996, their expert reviewers have scoured the Internet to select only the finest sites to be included in StudyWeb 's listing of educational links. Their reviews have been featured on Webcrawler Select, The Lycos Top 5%, Education World and many others, and StudyWeb updates are provided to media and educational resources around the world. This award arrived unsolicited in June, 1999 after less than a year on the web. In order to provide educational information, they also list a few anti-Masonic sites as well. However, they appear fair in their presentation and we thank them for including us in their award program. Our entire purpose in the creation of this site was serving as a resource to combat ignorance about Freemasonry amongst the general public. Receiving an award like this from Nu-Horizons Design Studio (who themselves design web sites) made us feel particularly good.
When Ben Ciolczynski issued his 'Award of Excellence', he wrote "I was very impressed by all the hard work you have put into the site and have to congratulate you on a wonderful achievement in web site design, both in appearance and content. Congratulations on producing a Web Site that reflects a very high standard of creativity and professionalism on the World Wide Web. Excellent quality of content and ease of navigation. An excellent resource on Masonry and what a little ignorance and a lot of hate can achieve. I hope that it fulfills all that you set out to achieve. It sure opened my eyes." WOW! Thanks, Ben! We certainly appreciate your kind comments. Stephanie thought we should have TWO awards! WOW!...and you can visit Stephanie's really 'cute' site by clicking on either of them! And it's a site that everyone can enjoy. Barbara Rush has a *really* cool site. It's bright, witty, and personal - and it's clear that the site was put together by a truly classy individual. Take a peek at her site (titled "Old Maid: It's not just a card game any more - it's a lifestyle!"); you're in for a chuckle - or perhaps even a chortle! Talk about good design.... Barbara is one really sharp lady! Her parties look great too. Maybe we'll get an invitation to one some day....! <grin> We also thought that her award was super. And from some folks who do some really good web and graphics design, there's this:http://www.webzone.net/ber "I enjoyed surfing your site, and I am sure everybody else will too." Thanks, Eric! You've got some cool stuff which folks can see just by clicking on that award! One of the less-frequently found awards was this one which came with a message saying, "This award signifies that your site contains quality, content and has skillful design. Your site has been chosen by me, Ravi, to be an "elite" site." Ravi has some really interesting stuff at his site too; it's a terrific resource. Click on the graphic and pay a visit there. And
another award for web design?
