Quips, Squibs and Some Curiosities

Leon Zeldis

I just love books of quotations. I'm always thinking of different places they can be used - although sadly, it seems that I rarely get around to doing so. This book is somewhat different than the usual 'famous quotations' genre, however, and contains many infrequently seen quotes. It's also handy for a Mason to have because of its somewhat unique categorization. In addition to the 'Freemasonry', there are items under mystical, temple, and illustrious - just to name a few. I suspect this book will be of assistance to many Masonic authors when looking for that often elusive 'chapter starter'.

A recognized Masonic author and researcher, Zeldis has been recognized the world over. He is one of the 40 living Fellows of the Philalethes Society and well-recognized throughout the fraternity for his accomplishments. This book represents a lifetime of collecting some truly wonderful 'things to remember' and I'm quite pleased that I took the time to look inside. It will now take its place on my 'writers shelf' of reference material! Very highly recommended both for light browsing and for reference as well.
